How It Works
SecLifecycle Hub brings your software inventory together in one place and keeps it current. Coverage comes from three sources working together.
A curated baseline
Live vendor and community data

Data Sources
End of life dates, vulnerability records, and release information are checked against public, authoritative sources rather than guessed or estimated.
- •Official vendor support and lifecycle pages
- •National vulnerability databases and vendor security advisories
- •Open source project release trackers
- •Cloud provider release notes for managed platforms
Every entry shows where its information came from, so you can verify it yourself at any time.
Security Tracking
Each tracked version shows known vulnerabilities alongside its lifecycle status, so you can see exposure and expiry together instead of checking two separate tools.
Severity at a glance
- •Critical and high severity issues are flagged first
- •Medium and low severity issues stay visible but do not dominate the view
- •Each item links back to its public advisory so you can read the full detail
Feature Awareness
Staying on an older version usually means missing out on more than security fixes. Where available, the Hub shows what changed between the version you run and the latest stable release.
- •New capabilities added since your current version
- •Meaningful improvements to existing functionality
- •Security hardening and patches worth knowing about
Vendor Links
Every entry has a Find linksbutton that surfaces the vendor's homepage, documentation, support portal, and community pages, so you always have a direct path to the source.
Always verifiable
Calendar Export
The Calendar view turns end of life dates and security remediation deadlines from your inventory into calendar events you can add to Google Calendar in one click. It includes search, filtering by event type, and a summary of what is coming up.
Where to find it
- •Open Calendar from the actions zone on the left of the dashboard, right under Add Software
- •The number next to it shows how many events are coming up
Search and Filtering
Search looks across every field on every entry at once, including product name, vendor, version, and known vulnerabilities, so you can find what you need without knowing exactly where to look.
Quick filters
- •Filter by lifecycle status: Active, LTS, EOL Soon, or EOL
- •Filter by category: OS, Orchestration, or Runtime and Database
- •Show only entries with known vulnerabilities
- •Filters apply at both the product level and the individual version level
Import and export
- •Import and Export are in the Data zone of the left sidebar, under Add Software and Calendar
- •Export follows your filters: it saves what the results currently show, as CSV, JSON, or a print report
- •Import is locked for now, it needs a connected data source that is not available yet
About and Trust
SecLifecycle Hub is built and maintained independently, with a focus on giving enterprise teams and MSP partners a clear, trustworthy view of their software lifecycle exposure. Data sourcing is kept transparent throughout the product, every entry links back to where its information came from.
